Our house is situated under the massif of the Schlern, on the way to the beautiful alp of Seis, on 1250 m.

Near our house is the bus station; with the shuttle-bus You can reach all important place:
- the aerial cableway
- the villages Kastelruth, Seis, Völs
  and St. Ulrich
- some beautiful sights
- and a lot of starting-points for
  different walking tours
